Question: How long will it take to complete my project?

Answer: This depends on the size of your project and how busy our specialists are with other projects. Without compromising quality in any way, we always complete and return projects in the shortest possible time.

Question: Can I submit digital pictures for inclusion in a project?

Answer: Yes. You may submit them by email or on a CDROM. If you submit them by email please do not reduce the file sizes. It is better to send them as attachments with several emails rather than reduce file size and quality.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We are pleased to accept payment by Debit Card, Credit Card and PayPal.

Question: How will I know you have received my order and pictures?

Answer: We acknowledge receipt of every order by Email or First-Class Mail, advising you when we expect to have your project complete.

Question: Will you return my slides and film to me when the project is complete?

Answer: We will return all your original material to you unless you instruct us otherwise.
