    Absolutely! Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

  • How long will it take to complete my project?
    This depends on the size of your project and how busy our specialists are with other projects. Without compromising quality in any way, we always complete and return projects in the shortest possible time.

  • Can I submit digital pictures for inclusion in a project?
    Yes. You may submit them by email or on a CDROM. If you submit them by email please do not reduce the file sizes. It is better to send them as attachments with several emails rather than reduce file size and quality.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    You may charge the project on your VISA®, MasterCard® or Discover Card®.

  • How will I know you have received my order and pictures?
    We acknowledge receipt of every order by Email or First-Class Mail, assigning you an order number, and advising you when we expect to have your project completed.

  • What specific film formats can be transferred to DVD?
    8mm movie film, Super8 movie film, 16mm movie film, and 35mm slides, films and negatives can be transferred to DVD.

  • Will you return my film and slides to me when the project is complete?
    We will return all your original material to you unless you instruct us otherwise.

  • Can you provide the finished project in high definition?
    Currently we can provide you with high definition files on a hard disk. See our
